I have installed trac on dreamost once (easier said than done – I spent half a day with it, and after dancing around in joy I noted that the installation overwrote my .htaccess file in the rubyrailways.com directory which exposed it to the world (rather than loading up my blog)) – and for some reason it was unusably slow (it took 10-20 secs to load on average) – besides, I like LightHouse more than trac.

So I am just deciding between launchpad and LightHouse… For me, launchpad has exactly one advantage over LH: it’s free… I’ll play with it today and let’s see how it goes – it has to be really good to beat lighthouse!

I’ll let you know how did I decide, I know that we really need a bug tracker ASAP…
